Banyoles lake. Once there, we bathed with all the tourists in the unique allowed area called
“La caseta de fusta”. All was quiet and the people were having fun, when suddenly I felt like a
long tail hit me. I was scared and I spotted a shadow in the water, then a crocodile head
appeared and I screamed to all the tourists: ”Run away from the water there is a crocodile in
it! ”. The tourists fled from the water and one of them said “Don’t worry I’m a crocodile
hunter” and got into the water again and started to wrestle with the crocodile. The hunter
achieved to bind the crocodile and sent it back to its owner.
In conclusion I recommend you to pay attention and be careful, and if you feel that something
strange hit you, get out of the water quickly. It brings to mind the old proverb, “prevention
is better than cure”.
